Policy Development and Advocacy:Research, analyze, monitor industrial policies, Identify key issues affecting the industrial sector and develop well-informed policy recommendations.Stakeholder Engagement, Maintain relationships with government agencies, industry associations, community groups, and other stakeholders.Advisory services: to member businesses on policy matters, regulatory compliance, and best practices.Strategic Planning:Contribute to the development of the chamber's strategic plan with a focus on policy advocacy and industry growth, and Work with the General Manager and other leadership to set priorities, goals, and metrics for success.Communication and Public Relations:Develop communication strategies to raise awareness about the chamber's policy initiatives and successes, and engage in public speaking, media interviews, and writing articles to promote the chamber's policy positions and thought leadership.Main Deliverables:1- Provided technical and analytical skills to more than 75 studies and position papers and daily requests.2- Initiator of Jordan’s Industrial Sector Future Foresight Initiative toward industrial innovation.3- Economic Modernization Vision (EMV) inputs and recommendations.4- Supply and value chain analyses across various sectors in collaboration with UNIDO.5- Edited and formulated 11 concept papers and donor fund applications (7 Approved/11).6- Led several teams in funded projects (Clustering Team InJo4.0 project, Internationalization and Fashion Restart team TEX-MED Alliances project, Research team FOSTIX project)7- Led the efforts of the assessment of turnover in Jordan’s industrial sector, and made in Jordan campaign impact study.

Provide necessary support to MOF in order to establish a Macro Fiscal Unit, through:• Establish comprehensive forecasts, both “warning” forecasts (what-if?) and ex-ante predictions, using Macro Econometric and Revenue Non Econometric Models.• Produce frequent reports on the models and/ or the model’s outputs that help to transform policy debates from opinion-based to factual, evidence-based”.• Build the MOF staff’s capacity on the use of econometric modeling (Understand econometrics methodology; model specification; define and update assumptions; assess accuracy of forecast; monitor, revise and defend forecasts

1-Assist long and short-term technical advisors, especially in the work with our counterpart (MOF), by providing documents, information, logistics and other necessities.2-Participate in developing, communicating, implementing, Monitoring and Evaluating MOF Team annual work-plan. 3-Maintain effective working relationship with the MOF through continuous communications.4-Assume any additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by the team lead, as needed, to accomplish specific work plan task(s) to ensure MOF Team makes the needed contribution to the FRP II mission statement.

1- Fiscal Management Reform Specialist including; policy advisory services in relation to public finance issues, Macroeconomic capacity development, Debt management advisory services including the Public Debt Strategy. 2-External sector & Fiscal Policy specialist, data collection, analysis, and forecasting.3-Assist in the preparation of the Medium Term Fiscal Frame Work (MTFF) Using Macroeconomic Model, and Non-Econometric Revenue Model. 4-Assist in the preparation of the Monthly Government Finance Bulletin, Central government revenues, expenditures, and the Public Debt. 5-Provide inputs to reports issued by Multilateral Organizations (IMF, World bank, USAID and EU) in addition to local institutions (Central Bank of Jordan (CBJ) and the Department of Statistics (DOS)).

Assist in Macro-structural economic Model building, data collection, classification, and analysis. Work with the Studies and Economic Policies Directorate of the Ministry of Finance in producing policy papers on current economic issues and provide a review of the many international economic reports.
