More than 2000 items in Kaz entity and around 800 items in Kyr entity. 8 month later the process was successfully handed over to local colleagues- designed a policy describing and controlling calculation of the Intercompany (ICO) prices- calculated ICO-prices within whole CIS market and every segments of P&L (snacks, juices, dairy, csd (water+beverages+BiB) on a request of CIS sales team with twice a year review and update if necessary to prevent TAX risks. Adjusted calculations if TAX department had any recommendations or Finance team within the entities had a proven reason for it
