I work to build new partnerships with the innovation ecosystem, unusual suspects, start-ups, entrepreneurs, and non-traditional actors who propose disruptive and grassroots solutions. It makes sense to co-create with others, develop collective intelligence, think outside the box, challenge our methodologies and habits, and always think that development is complex and systemic.

-Empowering Country Offices Senior management in building gender equality system -Develop and implement learning package, including online coaching, and mentoring gender champions and gender focal points. -Facilitating regional workshops, webinars on gender relative issues and topics. -Providing technical support to six regional departments and 14 country offices in diverse areas of work including, food security and livelihoods, Health and nutrition, women Peace and Security, Disaster Risk Reduction, Crisis Prevention and Peacebuilding, economic empowerment, Gender Based Violence and Protection. -Deliver regulars training to AAH staff across the network -Develop regional projects and partnerships within west Africa regional frameworks -Analyzing West and Central Africa gender, protection and GBV data to provide quality information and programmatic guidance to the various regional office teams. -Conduct regional research and gender analysis across west and central Africa. -Build strong partnerships with other actors as UNWOMEN, CILSS and civil society organizations -Support Regional Organizations as CILSS to integrate gender into food security alerts mechanisms and responses- Carry out country gender analysis -Build partnerships with Civil society actors
