With an approach that focuses on the mechanisms and interactions of the mind, trauma and environment, I use an eclectic approach that can cater to a multitude of mental health challenges. I am also a researcher and my focus of studies revolve around the nuanced effects of different factors on intrapersonal relationships and the consequent impact of the same on psychopathology. I also take the stance that mental health is on a spectrum and that there are various degrees rather than kinds in mental health.Making spirituality one of the primary foundations of mental health, I am also developing an understanding of Islamic Psychology.I hope to work with Women’s and children’s mental health. I am efficient in what I do, am a quick learner and hardworking. I can adapt quickly and will always try to bring something new to the table.
