Engineering Coordinator for LOT 2 in the Assessment (VAL4) of Bridges, Viaducts and Seismic in support of the Engineering and Construction Business Unit of the Autostrade per L'Italia S.p.A. Group:• Support to the RUP in overseeing the investment implementation process from design to execution of the works, up to the commissioning of the works, in compliance with the objectives of costs, times, safety and quality, identifying and activating the appropriate corrective solutions;• Planning, scheduling and coordination of designers, companies and other figures involved in the planning and implementation phases of the Level 4 Accurate Safety Verifications (ST-VAL4) on the major works of art of the ASPI national infrastructural network (Bridges and Viaducts ) and in the management of relations with internal and external stakeholders.• Monitoring and verification in the stages of assignment and completion of the tender procedures;• Monitoring and verification of the plan and of the general time schedules of the works in line with the ASPI planning for the drafting, execution and issuing of the VAL4;• Monitoring and verification of the progress of Structural and Geotechnical investigations in line with the design, management and verification of variants during construction, SAL verification.

Project Engineering activity as Expertise Group consultant in support of the Engineering and Construction Business Unit for the Bridges, Viaducts and Seismic Plan at TECNE - Autostrade per l'Italia Group:• Support to the PM in overseeing the investment implementation process from the design to the execution of the assigned works, up to the commissioning of the works, in compliance with the cost, time, safety and quality objectives, identifying and activating the appropriate corrective solutions;• Fulfillment of all the fulfilments envisaged by the regulations in force, with particular reference to environmental and safety issues on construction sites;• Monitoring and verification of the plan and the general time schedule of the assigned works, monitoring their progress and any physical, economic and temporal deviations, reporting any critical issues that have emerged;• Monitoring and verification in the phases of assignment and completion of the tender procedures and in the evaluation of anomalous offers;• Management of contractual relations with companies and variant proposals, both from a technical and economic point of view, including the management of reserves;• Process relating to expropriations and the removal of interferences for the acquisition of the areas subject to the work in charge, ensuring compliance with the overall costs and times;• Care of relations with national bodies and with local bodies for the activities of competence;• Ensure that the investment initiatives followed are managed in compliance with the company's quality system

Project Engineering activities related to the development and implementation of building projects:• Support to the PM in the planning and programming of the activities, in the control of the application of the standards of plan and the management of the relationships with the stakeholders• Definition of technical specifications, cost analysis, participation in the tender phases with reference to the analysis from the technical/economic point of view of the tenders submitted by General Contractors• Verification of the documentation necessary to obtain the qualification (technical reports, graphic design, photographic reports, structural studies)• Preliminary, final and executive architectural design through the BIM methodology• Architectural/Structural Modeling As Built• Monitoring and verification of on-site geological, geotechnical and seismic investigation operations aimed at the characterization and classification of land related to the construction of civil works (excavations, dynamic penetrometric tests, core drilling, MASW/HVSR seismic investigations).• Monitoring and verification of on-site structural survey operations aimed at analysing the factual status of structures in CLS (tests on structural elements, test and core core core, sample measurements, rebound index determination and propagation rate of ultrasonic pulses in CLS, core samples for compression strength evaluation and carbonation depth definition by colorimetric testing, tensile testing on reinforcement bars samples)• Monitoring and verification of the state-of-the-art assessment of technological systems/on-site hydraulic network (pipe surveys with the aid of high-pressure channels, hydraulic video inspection)• Support to the Director Works in the verification of the progress of works.

Project Engineering activities related to the technical and economic progress of the FTTH yards on behalf of one of the largest companies operating in the field of Telecommunications (OPEN FIBER SPA):• Management of works progress and all possible variants in progress • Recovery from the companies/works management and check correctness of the information necessary to update the economic progress on the reference system (P+) related to the construction of new civil and optical infrastructures • Specifications, advanced quantities, costs for security charges, costs for the construction of secondary network, primary, PCN, cabinet, SRB, backhauling • Preparation of SAL documentation by retrieving reference information from the systems (P+ and Geo4wip) and related timetables, suspensions and extensions, with particular attention to the issues concerning company reserves and subcontracting.
