Key responsibilities:• Preparation of reports for the Chairman of the Gazprom Management Committee:- Analytics of Gazprom major investment projects’ efficiency and risks- Probability analysis of risks' realization and their impact on KPIs, such as NPV, IRR, PI, DPP, capital expenditures- Preparation of management decisions enhancing efficiency and mitigating risks to be enforced• Development of a reporting system for the Chairman of the Gazprom Management Committee as well as functional requirements for information management systems to monitor the efficiency and risks of major investment project implementationAchievements:• Timely mitigated risks of delay in construction of:- the Power of Siberia gas trunkline and the Chayandinskoye oil, gas and condensate field suppling gas to China- the TurkStream gas pipeline stretching from Russia to Turkey across the Black Sea- the project for LNG supplies to Kaliningrad region
