Information Technology Support Manager
Current• Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software, including workstations, laptops, mobile devices and networking equipment.• Diagnose and resolve technical issues in real-time related to hardware, software, and network connectivity, both in-person and remotely.• Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and security, including routine updates and system checks.• Administering the IT budget, including developing financial plans and controlling expenditures to meet technology requirements effectively.• Coordinating with internal teams to identify their IT needs and liaising with external suppliers to acquire necessary technology and services.• Cultivating and managing relationships with contractors and partners to ensure high-quality and timely service delivery.• contribute to the growth and development of our internal IT infrastructure.
