Amine is the Manager of the company MDCS (Maghreb Data Collection Services) which is part of Ipsos market research.MDCS is a company that provides the fieldwork and the data processing to its clients. Although it is an Ipsos entity, as its one and only field provider (Operations), it also operates as a separate one with external clients, having its own finance and its own resources. Amine manages the different MDCS departments including more than 20 permanent employees and about 160 interim ones.Whether F2F or CATI surveys, MDCS adapts its resources to the needs of the clients in order to give a very good quality output file and a high Ipsos standards fieldwork.Fields of management:- Clients Servicing- Fieldwork Supervision (F2F or CATI)- Ensuring the good quality control- Teams management- Work related Conflicts resolution- Coordination between Ipsos Operations and its research departments- Teams development & empowerment- Reports generation (Locally or Regionally)

IPSOS is a multinational specialized in conducting market research projects for clients (B2B & B2C). My task is managing these projects and delivering to our clients needed data in order to be used as a basis for different strategies making. I am actually working on the Consumer Research (CR) part of the Market Research sector; specialzed in the FMCG, Banking and Telecommunication sector.
