The Project Manager ensures cooperative work between all involvedemployees.Time Management: Scheduling and accurately estimating the task duration to developand maintain a realistic schedule.Budget: Figuring out what the proper funding for the project is and following up oncostsQuality and Satisfaction: Assuring constant communications with different stakeholders,reporting on progress and being open to their feedbackManage Issues and Risk: Working on risks & conflicts management
