Corporate Reporting ( Canada headquarter & EUROPE division)Take responsibility for timely, accurate, and appropriate management information related to Morocco Plant (preparation of weekly , monthly, and annual financial reports, budgets, forecasts and business plan...)Monthly closing and industrial controllingManage overall controlling processes of Morocco Plant: Revenues, Material & scrap cost, Labour cost, overhead, price maintenance & cost controlling, stock valuation, invetory & stock management; P&L - B/S analysis.Manage all capex activities and CER approval.Establish and implement controlling processes and systems to comply with group standards.Collaborate with accounting team & auditing services to ensure compliance with all regulations.Performance Control : Flash report, Business Scorecard (BSC), Cost reduction report (CR1), Capex report (1B) & Aged Receivables report.Financial, SOX & Tax Compliance: Statutory Accounts, SOX Certificates, Internal Audit, Month End Binders & Controller Model File.

- Negotiate agreements by analyzing supplier quotations and terms, achieve the best global commercial condition.- Locate new sources of supply and establish new suppliers.- Develop and maintain relationship with suppliers.- Conduct supplier performance evaluations/ supplier assessments.- Implement strategies and solution to improve cost levels, stable sources of supply, high quality of services and other governing factors related to the Purchasing Department and adjacent areas. -Continually monitor and present Key Performance Indicators and ensure that Target Cost is controlled -Accomplish enquiries, negotiations, and nominations with suppliers in accordance with the defined standards and procedures -Represent Purchasing and support Project teams for all related Purchasing issues within a specific program -Supplier’s contracts (FWA) -Plant Cost Improvement and maintenance in local systems -Material Price Recovery (MPR) preparation and systems maintenance -Compliance to all Magna and Seating EU rules and guidelines specially with regards to Purchasing

Accounting registration of invoices, lettering, checking of accounts and monitoring of payment schedules.• Monthly extra-accounting analysis of all expenses.• Control and coordination of expenses by department and section.• Verification and control of the documentation of purchase invoices.• AP Reconciliation.
