Phosphoric acid processing and treatment specialist. I have firstly worked at SIAPE (Société Industrielle d'Acide Phosphorique et d'Engrais) since 1981 as a phosphoric acid processing and producing Engineer, then in the new project of super phosphoric acid SPA in Skhira Complex, Tunisia. After that I have started research & development of industrial processes to be later the Director of Sfax Research Center before finishing as the Research Central Manager at GCTand conducted the Group's research activities for the three Research Centers.My experience includes process development, plant design, feasibility studies, commissioning, production and research management and revamping of production units or plants in the field of phosphate processing, phosphoric acid production and treatment, environment protection, waste valorization, life cycle and sustainability. I have a consistent expertise in fertilizer industry engineering and process, acquired mainly in ICG Mdhilla/Tunisia, SIAPE II Skhira/Tunisia, GUBRE TUXAS Samsun/ Turkey, GSFC Homs/Syria, TIFERT Skhira/TunisiaI have worked with unit processes ranging from, grinding, classification, thickening, reaction / maturation, filtration, Clarification, concentration in multi-stages, granulation, solid treatment, gaz washing, scrubbing, waste water recycling, phosphogypsum handling, deposing and reuse, purifying phosphoric acid recovering of Uranium and rare earths from phosphoric acid and phosphogypsum.I have carried studies and research for more than 20 years and managed research for ten years.
