The 5th IEEE PES DAY Focuses on "Powering a Sustainable Future" for the community.Over half of the world’s green house gas emissions are produced by combustion of fossil fuels. The global energy sector is a major contributor, with transportation, buildings and industrial energy sectors leading the emissions. A clean energy transition and net-zero transformation is the solution towards solving the climate change crisis, achieving collective goals and transitioning towards a secure and sustainable future.Being the society that governs the engineering aspect of energy production, we must educate everyone on the solutions and technological developments that are contributing towards reduced global warming.Both in person and virtual events are welcome for PES Day 2022. However, care should be taken to respect and strictly follow local government advisories and guidelines.With this theme in mind, let’s conduct educational events and connect with a global network of IEEE Members, PES Volunteers, PES Young Professionals to improve PES Day Technical, Social, Humanitarian, Women in Power, and Young Professional Activities.

It was a honor to take part in the IEEE Entrepreneurship Workshop - Tunisia IEEE Entrepreneurship, where I had the opportunity to network with incredible leaders, students, and young professionals with whom I shared experiences, knowledge, and aspirations.

It was a very special week at IEEE Region 8 Students and Young Professionals Congress organized by IEEE INSAT Student Branch.As IEEE PES ESSTHS SBC chair, I represented our Student Branch IEEE ESSTHS SB and had the chance to network with world leaders in engineering and entrepreneurship.I had the chance to dine with IEEE Region 8 and Region 10 leaders, Mr Antonio Luque and Mr John Matogo,I had the pleasure to meet Mrs Sara Barros and Mr Hossam Ali.I also enjoyed and learned a lot from the workshops and keynotes presented by Mrs Margaretha Eriksson, Mr Mohamed El Dallal and Mr Andre Luka Çakıcı. They were very interesting presentations and it was such a pleasure to attend them.Last but not least, I had the honor to meet the IEEE President, Mr K.J. Ray Liu who was as humble as one could ever be.I would like to thank my IEEE ESSTHS SB family for believing in me and giving me the chance to meet such wonderful professionals.IEEE is my second home and I wouldn't have been able to connect with it without the extraordinary job made by IEEE ESSTHS Student Branch 💙.Also not to forget the support from our IEEE Tunisia Section which made it possible for me and many others to attend this year's R8 SYP. I was honored to meet you Mr Habib M. Kammoun and Mrs Ilhem Kallel.

During my exciting internship at STEG, I had the exceptional opportunity to explore the complex and captivating world of energy production through the combined cycle. I gained a profound understanding of these systems, their operations, and was tasked with creating detailed reports containing a comprehensive analysis of cycle efficiency.

• Executed electrical panel connections with proficiency in single-phase and three-phase systems.• Enhanced skills in interpreting and creating various electrical diagrams and schematics.• Collaborated with team members to ensure efficient electrical layouts for projects.
