I have worked on a project for the Research and Development Unit of ESPRIT- Formulated a comprehensive questionnaire and collected real-world data from companies to assess their digital maturity. - Conducted in-depth research on digital maturity and digital transformation strategies, leveraging the CRISP-DM methodology for project execution.- Employed various data preparation methods such as encoding, handling missing data, and identifying outliers, followed by in-depth data visualization using heatmaps, radar charts, and correlation matrices.- Developed and deployed LSTM and GRU models to predict digital maturity scores, successfully deploying the model using Anvil for real-time predictions-Developed a Fully Connected Neural Network (FCNN) for predicting digital maturity scores as an alternative to the LSTM/GRU approach, comparing its performance.- Utilized Python, TensorFlow/Keras, and data visualization libraries such as Seaborn and Matplotlib to build, train, and evaluate models- Conducted model evaluation using metrics like MAE, MSE, and R-squared .
