Master 2 - Final Year Project: "Creation and Management of an R&D Department in the Algerian Industry"📄 Abstract:The objective of our work is to contribute to defining a comprehensive approach for the creation and management of research and development departments within an economic enterprise. The results of our study highlight the imperatives to be followed by all stakeholders in the company, the mission of R&D, its organizational structure, as well as specific approaches and execution programs. Additionally, we address the importance of exploiting and valorizing research results. Employing a qualitative approach, we utilized a methodology based on semi-structured interviews conducted with three directors from Proxylan. These directors have implemented services and technological products that are fully developed and commercialized by their teams at the industrial hub of Cevital. Enhancing the incubator's image and promoting its support program by : - Launching the Transport Week initiative to increase NaqlTech's visibility and establish it as a key player in the transport sector's innovation ecosystem. Transport Week is a series of free virtual and in-person workshops for students and entrepreneurs in transport, logistics, supply chain, and mobility. (10 workshops, 10 mentors, 35 hours training, 350 requests, 140 participations)- Developing and managing the launch campaigns of the first support program, Entrepreneur 101, despite numerous challenges due to COVID-19 restrictions. This program introduces the basics of entrepreneurship, including methodology, Lean Startup, and effectuation principles.
