Budgetary management control.Main Achievements:- AGDAL PEARL Residential project : Works of the deep foundation system (new design build on piles, static load tests on piles)- ABDELMOUMEN'S Pumped Energy Transfer Station : Installing anchors for the penstock (from 4T15 to 19T15, up to 35 meters,slopes up to 65%)- AGADIR Seawater Desalination Station: Nailed wall to stabilize excavation works of the station factory- SOMAGEC Parking Facilitie : Works of diaghram wall and anchors for multi-level basements and underground parking facilitie- BENNIS TOWER: Works of the tie-back anchors and rigid inclusions to stabilize excavation works of the tower’sfoundations- ABDELMOUMEN'S Pumped Energy Transfer Station : Works of the tie-back anchors (12T15.7) for stabilizing slopes aroundthe station factory- AGADIR Seawater Desalination Station: Works of diaghram wall and injection system- TIMKIT Dam : Plastic concrete wall for the dam cut off, Treating soil with hi’drill drilling, grout and mortar injections, perforating with amechanic grab and hydrofraise, drilling mud plant, concreting panels.

Responsibilities :- Setting up the estimates, the budgets and the construction timetable for the client and developing the construction strategy.- Selecting the subcontractors and workers, providing required explanations for the builders and other professionals associatedwith the project, coordinating and collaborating with the architects, engineers and specialists.- Ensuring the construction project complies with all building codes and any other legal or regulatory requirements. Makingstrategic changes and developing new solutions to delay problems or budget deregulations
