Belgium supports Morocco in implementing its migration policies by sharing its experience as a country of immigration and using the competencies of Moroccans living in Belgium. Thus, the Migration Policy Management Support Programme focuses on economic integration of migrants aiming to improve their employability in Morocco; on coaching Moroccans living in Belgium in creating businesses in Morocco; and on improving migrants’ and refugees’ access to their rights by actors capacity development.Key achievements :- Drove the MEL strategy and activities of the “Legal Empowerment of Migrants, Refugees and Asylum seekers” project implemented by Enabel and funded by the European Union- Scaled up and refined the project's monitoring systems and implemented a results-based management system (RBM) with quality standards, processes, and tools to allow efficient tracking of project results - Provided support, advice, and oversight on project-level monitoring, evaluation and learning- Conducting outcome evaluations and assessing the project’s capacity building results focusing on data collection and legal advocacy- Facilitated training sessions for civil society and development partners focusing on performance management, results-based monitoring, and learning outcomes- Developed the project's Learning Agenda to capture lessons learned and institutionalize learning among partners - Drafting results-based quarterly monitoring reports and annual results reports for Enabel, the European Union and institutional partners- Providing oversight of external evaluations; contributing to Terms of Reference development for external evaluations

- Drove Community Involvement Teams to implement multiple projects in Africa relating to Education, Environment and Social Justice from inception to completion- Researched, planned and implemented segments of the Cummins Corporate responsibility strategy: Environmental Challenge, Every Employee Every Community, Schools needs assessment, etc.- Lead the local CIT team in Morocco: Implemented educational and environmental projects at Bouskoura Junior High School: Helped the school to improve the students’ overall scores, French language aptitudes and environmental awareness. - Successfully closed two 6Sigma projects for CR: Won the Chairman’s Award for designing a process to identify Secondary Schools in Africa - Developed relationships with external community partners including NGO’s, Industry and Government agencies- Researched and drafted reports on Corporate Responsibility activities, including participation rates, successes, and input for improvements- Co-presented Africa CR Strategy at the Global CR Conference held in Columbus, Indiana

Technical Education for Communities - TEC - project suggests a framework for the delivery of industry relevant vocational education and training designed to teach general technical skills and life skills. The aim is to teach skills that will lead to jobs with any employer that needs workers with technical proficiency, thereby improving individual and family standards of living in Cummins Key achievements: - Managed and implemented the Technical Education for Communities (TEC) program at a Vocational School in Morocco as pilot site of the program globally: achieved 95% implementation and 76% sustainability scores- Successfully implemented all TEC framework elements from inception to completion- Liaised with global and local project stakeholders to design and adapt TEC technical curriculum, soft skills training and career guidance initiatives for the students- Established and managed relationship with external community partners, Government agencies and industry to provide the students with workplace learning opportunities and increase their job placement rate - Lead a special initiative towards female high school students that aims to increase women representation in technical education - Conducted a community needs assessment for TEC Middle East (KSA & Oman) to understand business and community needs relating to the program- Worked closely with the Global TEC Team and Corporate Responsibility Group to develop and document the program’s standardized KPI’s and monitoring & evaluation toolkit that has been shared with other TEC sites- Successfully planned and organized high-level visits to the TEC School for Cummins senior leadership (Chairman and CEO, Vice President Corporate Responsibility, EDP Frontier team, etc.)- Drafted and presented progress reports to the program’s Steering Committee, Africa Corporate Responsibility Council and Corporate Leadership

The Education For Employment Foundation is a network of locally-run, affiliated not-for-profit organizations that provide young people in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) with tools to start a job, build their future and give back to their communities. Key achievements:- Designed and managed the M&E system and tools of EFE’s educational programs - Prepared and presented data analysis and M&E reports to the US team - Coordinated with international consultants on mechanism for external evaluation of Youth Employment Initiative in Morocco and the MENA region - Developed job placement partnerships with private sector companies - Managed employability special projects in partnership with international organizations (MasterCard Foundation, Career Harmony…) - Managed a project in partnership with a mobile phone company to connecting job seekers with employers through cell phone technology - Implemented and Managed Career Counselling and peer to peer mentoring programs for EFE’s alumni (Global Alumni Network, Alumni Mentoring Program…) - Represented EFE in international events related to employment and Youth development

- Managed a national Governmental program that supports Entrepreneurship initiatives lead by unemployed Moroccan youth - Coached and supported more than 100 project owners to start and develop their businesses- Developed partnerships with financial institutions, government agencies, national associations and donors to promote Entrepreneurship projects at the country level- Supervised the Evaluation Committee for selecting most qualified projects- Facilitated training sessions on soft-skills and business plan development- Achieved the best team leadership performance at the regional level
