Addax BIO ENERGY Project (Sierra Leone): Construction of a 161KV HV Transmission PowerLine and Substation to supply power for & from Bioethanol Factory production through sugar cane (1,2 million euros)- Preparation of work procedures (Risk assesment & method statement)- Tracking and managing work teams (50 companions including 10 expatriates)- Planning, monitoring work, logistics and material management site.- Handling relations with client its representatives on site.- Ensure compliance of quality and HSSE requirements in accordance with OSHA and OHSAS 18001 standards.

- Daily monitoring of production and operational objectives of three factories specialized on LPG bottling.- Management of maintenance teams and production to maximize machine’s productivity.(Reduced maintenance costs - 30% / year).- Administration of the Quality Management System, undertaking of internal IMS audits to ISO 9001,14001:2004 and OHS 18001:2007, undertaking of supplier and sub-contractor audits. .- Risks and environmental impacts assessment for workstations.- Project planning of annual investments, quality control and validation of work according to contracts conditions (Civil engineering works, Industrial piping, and structural steel).
