I am Amine, a passionate and dedicated professional with a robust background in soccer coaching and player development. Currently serving as the Head Coach of the College of Southern Maryland Men's team and the Director of Coaching at FC Virginia, I bring over 7 years of coaching experience to the field.My journey in soccer extends beyond coaching, with 13+ years of playing experience ranging from academy levels to senior semi-professional games. As a testament to my commitment to excellence, I hold a UEFA B license from Germany and a USSF B license. Additionally, I have earned an Advanced National Diploma from the United Soccer Coaches (USC) and am currently a UEFA A candidate, furthering my commitment to continuous learning and development within the sport.Having previously served as an MLS Next Academy coach and the Technical Director at KGU, I have gained valuable insights and experience that have shaped my coaching philosophy. My goal is to contribute significantly to the growth and success of players and teams, fostering a culture of excellence and achievement.
