I was the very first employee in the career product team, wrote the whole career course on my own, and successfully launched an MVP — our first grad landed a job at Tesla with the help of it. Main achievements:- Achieved the highest employment rate (ER) among USA-based bootcamps. - Optimized operational cost (COGS), ensuring a sustainable unit economy.- Revitalized onboarding pre-course, reducing churn rate from 60% to 25%. - Introduced a career test-based acquisition funnel, yielding a 15-20% sales increase. All of the HR processes, including IT recruitment (front-end and Perl developers, DevOps, technical support team, designers) and back-office. At the same time, I was leading internal HR products from both technical and business parts. As a result, we've created our own people management platform, which allows employees to smoothly go through onboarding, take a day off or vacation, request certificates, and more — we even added an RSS feed.
