As a Lead Instructor at iD Tech, I was expected to be a professional on two fronts. One, as an educator, and the second, as a mentor. I was responsible for teaching my class of 10-15 students the insides and outs of Machine Learning while also leading enrichment activities and looking after the students' wellbeing. I had a great time, it was the first time I had done any kind of 'camp-counseling' and it was a very fun balance between instructing and showing the students around the University of Miami campus (where the course was located).
