Dr Amine Moussa is a higher education management professional, researcher, and leadership consultant who began his career in industry and has over 20 years of experience in diverse product analysis and management roles across various lines: Healthcare Development, Marine Port Operations, Transportation Management, and Academic Library Automation.Dr Moussa holds a Doctorate of Business Administration in Higher Education Management from the University of Bath, a world top 100 university. His thesis focused on the role of ethical leadership in higher education management and its implications for employee knowledge sharing behaviour. His research won the prestigious Richard and Shirley Mawditt Prize awarded by the University of Bath for outstanding doctoral thesis and student performance. Besides, Amine has participated in several certificate courses on leadership, inclusive management, human resource management, entrepreneurship, knowledge exchange, policy making, and work politicsIn 2013, Dr Moussa joined Notre Dame University (NDU) - Lebanon as Head of the Library Information Systems Department, where he has been involved in digital transformation processes. Between 2009 and 2020, he was part-time faculty member at the Arab Open University (partner of the Open University UK). In January 2023, he joined the Faculty of Business Administration and Economics at NDU where he currently lectures on Human Resource Management and later that year, in December, he was assigned the role of doctoral thesis supervisor and teaching fellow of the DBA in Higher Education Management at the University of Bath. Dr Moussa is also an academic editor and peer reviewer for three academic journals in the fields of human behavior, human resource management, and applied psychology, and a research member of the International Centre for Higher Education Management at the University of Bath.In addition to his roles, Dr Moussa is a senior business adviser with Pæradigms Switzerland providing expert services and training in the areas of Higher Education Management, Leadership, Capacity Development, and Project Monitoring and Evaluation. Dr Moussa is also an accredited consultant with Resilient Leaders Elements UK. He conducts individual, team, and organizational training, consulting, and development in resilient leadership.
