Etablissement et pointage du planning de l’opération. - Mise en place de l’organisation interne du projet et des consultants externes à savoir architecte, bureau d’études, bureaux de contrôle, laboratoire géotechniques, topographes…).- Management des réunions d’études et revue de l’ensemble des plans avec les parties prenantes pour contrôler le respect des normes règlementaires et des spécifications techniques du client.- Gestion de la phase appels d’offres, attribution et contractualisation des entreprises des lots gros œuvre, techniques et architecturaux.- Contrôle des capacités techniques et financières des entreprises. Contrôle du respect de la réglementation en matière de santé et de sécurité durant le chantier.- Contrôle et validation des décomptes des entreprises- Direction des réunions de chantier, et rédaction des comptes rendus de réunion et plans d'action.- Solution des problèmes et contraintes du chantier avec l’aide des parties prenantes- Reporting hebdomadaire aux clients et à la direction.- Gestion des ‘submitals approval’, le traitement des ‘RFI’ et des ‘change orders’.- Suivi du processus de permis de construire et d'obtention du permis d’exploitation/d’habiter.

Negotiating of contract terms.- Development and control of the prject schedule & budget.- Setting up the internal project organization and contracting external consultants (architect, design office, Inspection office, geotechnical laboratory, topographers, etc.).- Management of design meetings and review all drawings with the stakeholders to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and the client's technical specifications.- Management of the building permit process & regulation compliance.-Management of the tender phase, awarding contractors for the structural, technical and architectural works.-Technical and financial capacities Assessment of the contractors. - Checking compliance with health and safety regulations during the construction phase.- Management of site meetings, and transcribe the meeting minutes, action plans and punch list.- Solving site problems and constraints with the stakeholders and contractors.- Assess and control sub-contractors accounts.- Weekly reporting to clients and management.- Management of submitals approval, RFI and change order processing.-Participation in the commissioning and follow up the operating license of the project.- Consolidate final project data and documentation and proceed with the handover.
