• Key Responsibilities:- Identify and assess new business opportunities, presenting findings to the BoD.- Direct and manage the business portfolio, ensuring alignment with the Board-approved business plan and company policies.- Contribute to strategy formulation, business plans, budgets, and policies.- Meet key performance indicators and manage expenditure within budget.- Allocate resources effectively and build strong stakeholder relationships (Suppliers, Banks, Authorities).- Develop and maintain client relationships, acting as the primary contact.- Set departmental goals and support Senior Management in achieving them.- Represent the company at conferences, conventions, and trade fairs.- Provide timely reports to the Board of Directors.• Key Achievements:- Achieved 98% revenue growth in 2023, reversing a declining trend.- Reduced PBT losses from -32% in 2022 to -6.4% in 2023.- Diversified revenue streams, reducing dependence on the ports sector from 86% to 34% and Expanding into Industrial sector (metal, energy, paper, automotive plants …etc)- Established strong relationships with new suppliers like CLARK the Forklift , ABUS Kransysteme, TechnipEnergies, Negrini srl.- Closed heavy loss making legacy projects and pending court cases.

- Business Opportunities identification and implementation of a short to mid-term plan.- Establish and maintain a structured approach to secure and grow the services, Spare parts and training businesses.- Actively participate in the preparation of contracts, tenders and on call services offerings.- International tender awards across Northern and Western Africa Region. - Perform regularly customer’s visits to ensure existing Service levels agreement are fulfilled and strive to exceed client’s satisfaction.- Works closely with marketing counterparts, and creates collaborative environment for enhancing sales growth regionally and globally.- Provide leadership for Frontlines and setting up dealership network in the area.- Develop, evaluate, and review technical service procedures and standards; monitor cost and effectiveness of activities to optimise resources utilization and OPEX.- Coordinate major warranty claims and service operations matters with product support team in HQ in Finland and provide relevant technical support and assistance to front line team and customers.- Estimate the cost, time, and resources required for installations/commissioning works, upgrades, and other technical services; prepare work orders and monitor the progress of projects- Research, evaluate, and recommend new equipment and tools to enhance the capabilities of the technical service team.- Plan, prioritise, and implement service activities to fulfill maintenance contracts and service-level agreements to maximise revenue.- Ensuring that HSEQ (Health, Safety Environment & Quality) policies and procedures are maintained, ensuring safe systems of work are in place and followed.- Keep high level of compliance with all Legal and company standards.

- Lead by example and develop the operational team (+300 Employees including 7 Managers, and 24 Supervisors).- Oversee, monitor the operation's performance to exceed the quality and efficiency targets (OTP: 98% • Bags Delivery: 96% • Claims processing)- Direct the preparation of operating budgets and proposals for CAPEX and investments in infrastructure, technology, equipment, systems.- Generate vital performance and business activity data and analysis reports for submission to the senior team.- Monitor and track quality standards of the ground handling operation and ensure continuous improvements in workflows and services to maintain competitiveness.- Successful audits for both client airlines and external organizations (ISO and ISAGO) with solid action plan to resolve findings in due course (Zero (0) Major findings).- Develop and maintain effective business relationships with all key stakeholders (customer airlines, Airport Authorities, Customs, etc.) to meet business targets.- Implement, oversee and monitor all safety and security measures and KPI’s related to people, equipment, facilities and aircraft involved in the operation (0 security breach, INJ ratio decreased from 1.75 (2017) to 1.3 (2018).

- Managing the lab on a daily basis to reach target in terms of Quality/Cost/Service- Initiate continuous improvement to reach performance targets- Replenishment planning of all lenses and consumables.- Inventory management leading to working capital optimization.- Lead planning activities linked with budget, capacity, and manpower.- Measure and optimize distributions costs.- Lead ad-hoc industrial projects linked with the lab- Development of local teams- Use Lean manufacturing concepts to improve work flows and efficiency- Implement relevant KPI tracking processes to monitor lab performance, enabling proactive decision making.

- Managing the production team.- Managing the manufacturing process within defined safety and quality standards.- Adherence to Production plan.- Achievement of production budgets, with minimum wastage of raw materials , ingredients and packaging materials. - Implement & foster a continuous improvement environment.- Adherence to site and business protocols.- Consolidate the activities of all production supervisors in order to ensure smooth operation for production and responsible for any emergencies that occur at my cell.- Assist the Plant Production Manager in providing assessment and estimates of material, and manpower requirements for the production forecasted.
