My journey has been shaped by dedication to supporting my family while pursuing my academic and professional goals.Throughout my career, I have taken on a variety of roles, from construction work to hospitality, all while completing my degrees. Working as a waiter, chef, and eventually a manager at the Restaurant “La Favola” in Nice, France where I developed essential skills in leadership, multitasking, and problem-solving. These experiences taught me resilience and the importance of delivering excellent service in high-pressure environments, while also managing a wide range of responsibilities.My passion for constantly seeking challenges and improvement has led me to travel from Turin, Italy and work in Nice, France and Rotterdam, The Netherlands, where I have further improved my skills and broadened my perspectives. Balancing work with my studies, I earned a Master’s in Commercial and Company Law from Erasmus University, and a degree in law from the University of Turin. These academic pursuits, combined with my practical work experience in Turin, Italy as a Compliance Specialist Trainee at CNH Capital , have equipped me with the ability to approach challenges analytically and to thrive in fast-paced and dynamic environments.My journey took a significant step forward after graduating when I began working as a Compliance Specialist. In this role, I applied my legal knowledge and attention to detail to manage compliance processes and ensure adherence to KYC regulations. This experience has enriched my skills in risk assessment, policy review, and reporting, and has deepened my understanding of regulatory frameworks.Today, I am excited to carry forward the skills I’ve gained and apply them in new professional challenges. I am confident that my dedication, combined with my varied experience, will allow me to contribute positively to any work environment.
