• +10 years of experience• Successful works on institutional, residential, commercial and interior design projects• Possess good skills in the most recent version of Revit with an exposure of 3D conceptual massing model, curtain walls, annotation detailed drafting, schedules, families, shadow study, walk through, rendering, work-sharing, phasing, work-sets, cloud 360 and more• Familiar with Ontario Building Code and Building Materials & Methods acquired through a course at Ryerson University• Develop lively designs independently and with team, associates and clients within specific time frame and budget• Well organized and detail–oriented with great time management skills• Ability to work under pressure, innovative, resourceful and hard working with good communication skills• Proven skills in designing, hand sketching, rendering, schematics, model making and photography• Proficient user of Auto CAD, Revit, Google Sketch Up, Photoshop, Microsoft Office Suite
