Job scope responsibilities as below :-Track and report site progress, supply delivery and usage-Resolve technical problems arising during project development and assist in procurement-Control and coordinate smooth progress of construction works, Conduct feasibility studies-Coordinate with subcontractors to ensure smooth progress of related trades;-Identify, implement and solve technical problems; and Ensure safety method to beimplemented-Assist the management to ensure successful, cost effective and timely implementation ofproject deliveries-Monitor performance of contractors and review engineering drawings to ensure allspecifications and regulations are being followed.-Prepare documentation and implementation as per documented procedure (testing report,claim, progress report, correspondence letter etc)-Liaise with local authorities and building inspection and to obtain approvals for development projects.
