Current• Managing and concluding international tenders, RFX development, scheduling, sourcing, collaborating with internal and external partners, and preparation of final quotation with high success rate.• Preparing of raw material RDOs (BOM, BOQ) based on customer requests particularly for UHV components.• Evaluating and rating supplier performance against objectives such as quality, cost, on-time delivery and lead-time. • Identifying the key issues in a complex environment and developing effective solutions.• Studying mechanical processing cycles and evaluating processing times using company software. This includes identifying lead times for order management, CNC processing times, testing times and methods, as well as manual processing times for fitting, cleaning, and mechanical assembly. Additionally, estimating costs for special processes such as electroplating, heat treatments, and welding (TIG, EBW, LASER). • Managing incoming orders and opening preliminary orders.• Organizing and archiving all documentation and communications with customers and suppliers
