- Key role serving as a bridge between Mitrais management and parent company CAC Holdings, between Indonesia and Japan, to ensure policies and directions are clear and aligned. - Lead and coordinate PMI process to ensure seamless integration of corporate culture and to promote synergy.- Oversee Mitrais Group financial management, providing direction for financial policy and ensuring compliance of regulatory and accounting requirements. - Plan, execute and manage M&A activities. Specifically:(i) Analyze and evaluate incoming proposals on cross-border M&A prospects. Source out additional information to assist management in making informed decisions. Communicate with external advisors, promoters and targets.(ii) Ensure smooth and timely execution of necessary tasks throughout the M&A process, including due diligence.(iii) Provide initial inputs for PMI process and formation of PMI team. Provide support to PMI team.- Completed acquisition of an Indonesian company in 2019. Seconded to said new subsidiary in 2020.- Completed the acquisition of a Singapore company in 2015. Completed the sale of the same Singapore company 2 years later in 2017. Negotiated and reached a settlement regarding PMI issues for a past acquisition.

- Teach English conversation to young Japanese children (ranging in age from 3 months to 14 years old). Created a strong rapport with the children and their parents.

- Plan, determine and prepare the practice content for each training session with the native-Japanese coach. Lead or assist the training session, by providing coaching and instruction.- Ensured a safe and fun environment for the children. Created a strong rapport with the children and their parents.

- Work involved the analysis of PETRONAS’ Group of companies’ financial position and new projects to ensure optimal capital funding and interaction with external investors on financial matters.- Completed a global bond issuance in 2004. Member of due diligence teams for several M&A projects.- A noteworthy skill acquired from the job is the direct interaction with top management, providing me a direct insight on how successful leaders think and run a successful company, and learned the importance of “big picture” thinking.

- Position entailed auditing the financial records of various companies ranging from medium sized manufacturing companies to Malaysia’s largest company, PETRONAS and its group of companies. The experience provided a good platform to understand the day-to-day running of a business operation, of different industries and scale.
