• Self has worked in more than 13 remote site locations like Dobang, Lachen, Doklam ( Sikkim near to Indo Tibet border at Himalaya above 19000ft.). Punatsnachu, Taksha ( Bhutan). Pakyoung, Namchi, Dikchu, Mangley, Majitar, Lingtam, Rongli, Ranipul, Samsing (East Sikkim).• Seamlessly coordinated with the sales team to launch a completely new brand like MAN in the region. Conducted multiple technical trials at the site of the large fleet owners (M/s Sunil Kumar Agarwal, M/s Balaji Logistics, M/s U Narayan Sharma, M/s Aarpee Infra Project) to show the superiority of our offerings over the competing products from TATA and Ashok Leyland which helped us to justify the higher initial cost of our products. Outcome was sales of more than 30 vehicle for each Customers.• Managed 102 no Tipper with 90% uptime .• Prompt and effective service resulted in Customer satisfaction index of 4.3 out of 5, which is a feat in itself considering the difficult terrain of Sikkim and the remoteness of the site of the customers.• Managed to bag the highest no. of repeat orders above 70% in Sikkim which is a testament to the efforts of the aftersales team.• Conducted successful trial of MAN tippers at high altitudes of the Himalayas (above 19,000 ft.) which opened a floodgate of large orders from the fleet owners operating at those terrains. (M/s Pravesh Enterprises, M/s Shree Avantika Contractor, M/s AK Builder, M/s Ugen Aggregates & Dolomites).• Established 3 new dealerships in North Bengal, Sikkim and Bhutan and 1 branch at Sikkim.• Rewarded with “Outstanding Achievement in Service Delivery” at the Annual award ceremony in the year 2017.• Conducted regular meetings with large fleet owners to gather their feedbacks and coordinated with the R&D team to ensure that customer voices are heard.• Regular visit the site and organized on job training Technician, Driver training, maintenance guidance (Daily, Weekly, Monthly).

• Self has provided technical support more than 3 site like Goyenka Mines, Pachami stone mines, Dubrajpur Coal Mines.• Provided Technical site support to the customer site like M/s Bengal Emta (One of the king in coal mining belt), Ujjal Transport and M/s Dilip Khemka.• Developed the skill on repair of all Aggregate component of MAN trucks.• Learned and worked on MAN trucks for trouble shooting and minor repair.• Understand DMS operation, Warranty and Parts management.• Self was Nominated 1st batch for vehicle comprehensive training at Pithampur MTI training center for 1 month.
