Maintenance and Troubleshooting of Marconi MDRS155S, MDRS155EC & Marconi OMS12002. Maintenance and Troubleshooting of Ericsson RBS2206 & RBS21063. Maintenance and Troubleshooting of Ericsson MINI-LINK TRAFFIC NODE 4. Maintenance and Troubleshooting of Ericsson PBC65005. Acceptance test for RBS and MINILINK TRAFFIC NODE.6. Corrective maintenance and Preventive maintenance.7. Performing 24 x 7 on call duty with priority for immediate attention to faults 8. Managing suppliers and vendors for smooth delivery of service, escalating as required 8. Working closely with service providers to improve quality of service, delivery lead-time, maintenance support, accuracy of reports and security of sites 9. Maintaining an up-to-date database of equipment and inventory, ensuring the maintenance and availability of spares

Job responsibilities:O & M Related: 1. Operation and maintenance of BTS(Huawei & ZTE), MW links(Ericsson), Power and Rectifier system(Emerson) 2. Fault escalation and fault maintenance of BTS, MW links and Power system 3. Preventive and corrective maintenance of BTS sites with BTS, MW links and power equipment.4. Daily Network report checking and taking action accordingly.5. Daily transmission Fault Management (FM) and Performance Management (PM) report checking.6. To provide detailed implementation and Network performance reports to higher management.BTS & BSC Related:1. BTS (Huawei and ZTE) installation, integration & commissioning.2. Acceptance test of BTS, Power and Infrastructure works.Transmission Related:1. MINI-LINK E installation, integration & commissioning.2. PCM configuration & implementation.3. Install the interconnection PCM between different operators and BTTBOthers:1. Site acquisition & Survey2. Supervision & mobilization of manpower towards various jobs
