Associate Vice President. I managed the IT side of the evolution of the Fund Centre platform with new business requirements and SLA reporting to various level of management. I managed the IT side of a merger and acquisition project for one of our customers (Cleastream’s acquisition of Fund Centre). Tasks included the coordination of the preparation of the application related environment on the datacentres, coordination of the move of the application to the new datacentre, tests, evolution of the platform with new business requirements and SLA reporting to various level of management. I am managing the evolution of the platform, including budget preparation for the year, spanning multiple programs, SteerCo coordination, third party contract verification and KPI reporting to management. I also have people management responsibility over a team of 20 people over multiple geographies, including Project Managers for sub-projects.

I managed the development and delivery of two projects for a European institution (Publications’ Office) using the PM2 methodology, coordinating each of the projects’ PMs. The total budget of both projects is more than 2M Euro. My role was to coordinate the development teams on the various workstreams and make sure all activities and deliveries respect deadlines, budget constraints and quality. All activities were measured through use of KPIs and SLAs. I have successfully introduced the SCRUM methodology for the project, resulting in a better software delivery turnover and higher quality. I also have people management (hiring, releasing and appraisals) responsibility over a team of 18 people
