• Assisting in developing cost estimating schedules and review of contracts. • Checking subcontractor and supplier quotes and issuing purchase orders for onsite works. • Participating in bid meetings, negotiations, and client presentations to secure project contracts. • Maintaining accurate document control throughout the tender process. • Ensuring the tender submission is completed and delivered according to the deadline. • Creating and sustaining ongoing relationships with stakeholders, clients, and suppliers to manage expectations and ensure accuracy of estimates. • Preparing project start-up documentation for successful tenders. • Participating in new business opportunity development with sales and executive management team.

• Working closely with project team, designers, and other team members to provide accurate and timely estimates for various projects. • Assisting in preparing and presenting the tender to senior management for tender reviews. • Developing trade breakdown packages in analytical form for quotations. • Preparing time and resources charts document. • Distributing purchase orders for labour and materials. • Gathering information on material, labour, and equipment costs from vendors and subcontractor to achieve cost saving. • Monitoring and tracking project costs throughout the duration of the project. • Assisting project managers in finding cost-effective solutions.
