a) Unload truck delivered main raw materials and also required sub raw materials into appropriate storage tanks using the correct equipment, machinery, personal protective equipment and procedures.b) Prepare, measure and dissolve other required sub-raw materials into their appropriate tanks or containers in the production of iMODA products.c) Follow all applicable company rules and regulations, such as plant safety rules & regulations, work instructions, procedures and to respond to any requirements for overtime work, safety and other development training, safety meetings, fire & emergency drills, etc.d) Maintain a clean and safe work area as required to meet applicable company safety and housekeeping standards and to allow orderly completion of dutiese) Monitor the operations of the equipment used to reduce the possibility of damage / failure of equipment, or loss of product.f) Keep the Day Superintendent and / or Shift Superintendent informed and updated on any trouble or changes concerning or affecting operations. Seek guidance from him on any uncertainties or unresolved issues.

a) Monitor & control packing machines (Payper, Integra, Ehcolo palletizer & Lachenmeier) b) Make sure working area comply with 5S principle. c) Take routine sample according to sampling according to sampling schedule d) Perform safety patrol to avoid unwanted incidents. e) Monitoring the working area to prevent equipment error. f) First line maintenance for the equipment related to the main process.

a) Responsible for charging material into the tank that has been described according to OIS that have been provided.b) Help technician with startup and shutdown extruder. c) Operate forklift.
