• Undertook in the field monitoring of contractors, including works programming, verification of works carried out against works programmed and prepared reports• Prepared and reviewed contract documentation, ran quotation process and engage the required resources according to the Council Procurement Policy.• Ensured contractors performance in accordance with the specification and proactively identified issues• Directed contractors in contract compliance matters• Supervised progress claims, payments, and variations• Provided general input into any reviews of service specifications and contract terms• Accessed the Council’s Customer Request System and responded to customer complaints

One of the most well-known construction companies in Iran, which has completed many complex projects including more than 300 kilometers of roads and railroads, 1.2 million square meters of residential and commercial units, and more than 500 kilometers of water distribution systems.
