I shape and execute global legal strategy for Gen's Product legal and Go To Market legal strategy for Gen's suit of products and services, working cross-functionally with senior level leadership and key internal teams to provide comprehensive legal guidance and mitigate risk. In this role I manage a team of global attorneys to provide counsel on complex matters involving product development, consumer protection, advertising, data privacy and security for consumer-facing products and services.I also maintain an active litigation docket involving employment matters, complex commercial issues and consumer class action defense.

Oversaw global legal strategy for NortonLifeLock's suite of products and services from initial product development, though marketing and commercialization. Led a team of global legal professionals providing world-class legal guidance to senior business, technology, and marketing leaders to maximize goals and minimize legal risk.

Managed full assortment of litigation and pre-litigation demands concerning a wide variety of substantive legal areas including IP infringement, consumer class actions, securities class actions and derivative litigation, alleged regulatory violations, complex commercial disputes, insurance recovery and employment disputes. Oversaw and conducted internal investigations and coordinated responses to various state and federal government inquires and investigations.
