Enforecement Removal Analyst
Current• Analyze sensitive intelligence information from multiple sources to generate warrants of deportation• Generate Notices to Appear to serve on Immigration Judges• Produce call-in letters and schedule interviews for individuals under supervision who are reporting to the local ICE office • Coordinate with the National Record Center for securing alien files for investigation• Utilize Excel spreadsheets and EAGLE to Provide in depth analysis of national, international intelligence, law enforcement developments and trends• Manage all file request for the entire Region • Perform case management for over (4) dockets approximately 20,000 thousand people• Analyze case information and insure that it is legally sufficient before sending it to Office of Chief Counsel • Travel to support removal operations in different states • Participated in the fingerprinting of newly arrived aliens in ICE custody • Utilize a wide variety of researched intelligence sources such as PLAnet, EARM, EAGLE, NFTS, RAILS, EADM, ENFORCE, OTC.net and TECS, to produce and disseminate strategic, operational and tactical intelligence • Research detainee history using multiple sources to establish identity/citizenship • Apply laws and rules associated with criminal or civil procedures, searches, and arrests • Manage Bond deposits and financial reports to send to U.S. Department of Treasure • Calculate post order custody reviews using excel and other flat files • Coordinate with foreign embassies and consulates to prepare and receive travel documents for individuals awaiting departure • Review applications and supporting evidence while conducting interviews with lawyers and aliens• Create process diagrams for handling Board of immigration appeals and Immigration Judge decisions.• Interpret and apply appropriate policy, regulations, statutes, and precedent decisions
