About Amir Asadi
My research as a PhD candidate at the School of Cybernetics is focused on the design, development, and evaluation of AI-enabled systems and human-machine collaborations in healthcare. I firmly believe in the power of interdisciplinary frameworks such as Complexity Science, Socio-Technical Systems Theory, and, of course, Cybernetics to tackle complex real-world challenges. Drawing on my diverse experience as an engineer, I've worked on a variety of projects ranging from robotics and medical systems to automotive technologies. This has given me valuable insight into the challenges of developing real-world systems and inspired me to apply my skills to tackle problems in the healthcare field.
