*Communication with new / current customers *Agree on prices / payment terms with customers *Follow up payment *Receive complaints and solve problems *Arrange production plan with Planning and production departments *Dispatch monthly delivery schedule *Visit local and foreign customers to keep business relation *Other duties as assigned.

*Contact with Customers *Offering quotations and agree on with payment Terms *Create invoices and packing lists*Follow up with production, inventory, finance and logistics*Create Sales Order on Oracle system – Sales order module*Sent original Documents to customer *Prepare reports to sales manager *Handel job orders between Sales and Production Department *Make Shipping transactions on Oracle system – Shipping module *Other duties as assigned.

*respond promptly to customers inquiries*handle and resolve customer complaints *communicate and coordinate with internal departments*follow up on customers interactions
