Then, COVID hit, and everything shifted. It pushed me to commit deeply to personal and professional growth—through continuous learning, therapy that helped me heal, and ongoing sessions with a high-performance coach who continues to guide me.As a result, I’ve become the healthiest, most confident version of myself, with a clearer sense of purpose: helping others grow personally and professionally. This has led to two exciting projects: a coaching program to help coaches and service providers scale their businesses, and Aspire, a community-based initiative focused on retreats and activities to elevate people’s lives and careers.Through my content, I’ll be sharing lessons from my own journey—my successes, failures, books, workshops, and everything in between.
