*Joined Rogers in April 2023 as part of the merger between Rogers and Shaw.*•Responsible for the Material and CPE Equipment Demand Planning portfolio as part of the Production Planning team. Oversee 100+SKUs across multiple direct fulfill channels, RFCs and at our two Production Facilities to ensure we have enough stock to in relation to the Consumer Forecast.•Took over the planning for Corrugate & Collateral. Managed the purchasing, scheduling, and the flow of material from vendor to the point of distribution to customer. Developed and maintained an Excel Spreadsheets that tracks Current on Hand Inventory, calculates Optimal order quantities and Reorder points for all Corrugate and Collateral. This reduced the on-hand inventory for these materials by 20%, freeing up space at our National Distribution Centre. Also worked together with New Product Integration team to demand plan and order new material for product launch dates.•Analyze demand for Materials through Direct fulfillment channels to calculate a 3-month rolling forecast. Then utilize this forecast to plan material at these locations by calculating safety stock and reorder points. This enabled the team to manage demand and reduce the workload on the locations by eliminating the need for requisitions for common material. •Provided upper management and warehouse stakeholders with an analysis on retired, unusable SKUs that were taking up unnecessary warehouse space. Then established an action plan to scrap/sell these SKUs, freeing up warehouse space. This enabled the warehouse to continue operating below 85% capacity.•Collaborated with the Process and Technology team to upload our demand forecast for Material and CPE Equipment Planning into Oracle ERP. With the spreadsheets as reference, we leveraged this technology to plan inventory continuously improving its accuracy by working with the team.

• Current Buyer/Expeditor on a Transmountain Pipeline PO where we are to deliver 11 off-grid generators with a glycol heat recovery system for delivery in August and October. My role is to purchase goods and ensure the efficient movement of those purchased goods by expediting where needed and developing alternatives solutions to long lead items. • Spearheaded the initiative to outsource the printing of the customer manuals for our generators. Reached out and entertained various quotes from different print shops in the city to find the best balance between price and quality. Presented the options to our Supply Chain Executive and successfully set up the vendor • Assist in the purchasing function for all material for our Calgary facility. Process several POs an hour for stock items (inventory) and non-stock items using the ERP system SAP by Design.• Facilitate the PO lifecycle by processing Purchase Requests, performing RFQ and cutting POs to vendors. Followed-up if necessary for delivery and invoice updates.• Work closely with special units like Panel Shop and Integration to learn their needs and process non-stock purchase request for tools, equipment, material, etc. • Collaborate with Planners and Engineers when lead times with vendors were too high to find alternative vendors or parts. Successfully reduced lead time for material from 11-12 weeks to 4-5 weeks. • Deliver timely PO updates during weekly Custom Projects Meetings to Project Managers. I presented them with up-to-date information on lead times and PO status so that we can plan accordingly.• Negotiated 5% cost savings and staggered delivery for material needed for two sales orders due for delivery in May and July. This reduced our upfront purchasing costs and inventory carrying costs
