Bengal is one of the leading Bangladeshi business conglomerate which operates in highly diverse areas like ; Apparel, Apparel accessories , Plastic pipes , furniture , household stuffs , Chemicals , Cement, FMCG, LPG , Real state, Hotel , Media , Bank, Financial Institutions & many more .Here I am responsible for managing overall business of Bengal Plastics which is serving to global retailers & local apparel factories .Key Work Areas :- Responsible for overall company performance - revenue & profit.- Supervise operational activities - 5 factory units .- Building team capabilities & train/ coach them to get associated with international retailer ( Walmart, H&M, Primark etc. ) dynamics .- Leading change initiatives.- Liaison with international licensee .

Responsibilities:• Responsible for overall company performance including Revenue & Profits, execute entire business process for $ 100 Mn + revenue.• Develop; Execute & Achieve Annual Sales plan to include analysis of competitive market, development of financial goals and formulating of strategic steps.• Led Sales Managers and all sales & marketing activities related to the territory including ownership of top level relationships with key accounts & strategic partners ( Brands : H&M, M&S , Levi’s , Puma etc Factories : Hameem, Standard, Nassa , Hirdaramani, SQ etc).• Lead & manage sales team including hiring, training & developments.• Keep continuous coordination with AD global team who are located in many countries mainly USA, UK, EU & Asian Countries.• Strategize with customers to indentify key areas of opportunity , building plans to implement winning programs & turn quickly on actively growing business Drive and roll out all sorts of global initiatives Factory service Excellence, Factory Partnership Excellence, Collaborative Business Planning etc.• Focus to address key areas like enterprise sales, business migration etc.

Responsibilities: • Responsible for overall company revenue performance.• Development of business plan & ensuring achievement.

• Generated a profitable business in combination with achieving sales target in value and volume with desired product mix, safeguard company receivables by implementing the credit policy with establishing an efficient retail network. • Key contributor in case of achieving Market Share around 20 % in Decorative segment.• Prepared, presented and implemented annual sales and marketing plan as well as budget, selling strategies and marketing information analysis.• Designed all sorts of BTL activities for the region analyzing the market specific needs. Arranged and accompanied several tours under FTS scheme for the dealers. Destinations were France, Italy, Switzerland, Australia, Greece, Turkey, Egypt, Dubai, Qatar, Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Srilanka, Nepal etc.• Keep a high level of professional contacts with senior real estate personnel, renowned architects & engineers, key opinion leaders and major customers, Govt organizations like PWD, MES, Civil aviation, Roads & Highways etc.• Developed highly effective distribution channels from zero bases.• Active role in the recruitment and training process of sales & marketing team.
