As a Blackstone portfolio company, Sage uses institutional investment to provide quality affordable homes at scale.Key Responsibilities:- Evaluate and execute investment opportunities for affordable housing acquisitions nationally.- Act as the lead point of contact to our key FTSE listed housebuilder clients, and wider network.- Source new investment opportunities within the affordable housing and PRS sector.- Manage a team of analysts and oversee the entire acquisitions process, from origination to legal progression.- Build longstanding relationships with our key housebuilder contacts and agents. Attend both internal and external meetings regularly to generate new business.- Liaise with contacts from previous and existing network to expand business development opportunities.- Ensure new opportunities generate Heads of Terms to meet monthly targets.- Oversee the legal process from Heads of Terms to Exchange, liaising with in-house legal team, external solicitors and housebuilder contacts.
