I'm the Agile coach of a great multi-team product in Sheypoor and coaching them to adopt Agile practices and also removing impediments in our Continues Delivery process.

Currently working as an agile coach in Mobin Sarmayeh (Brokerage Company in Iran) and coaching agile transition of a team of 6 developers. And as a developer, I am working on customizing Quantipian libraries (such as Zipline) to work with stock exchange data of the Tehran Stock Exchange and developing an algorithm trading system (python).As a developer and agile coach, I have the following roles:- Being the trusted advisor of the company in agile practices- Facilitating agile events such as retrospective, demo and ...- Coaching team members- Assisting team members to achieve sustainable pace and performance improvement- Developing software in Python and C#- Customizing Quantopian Zipline library (Python)- Developing C# web applications (Microservices, Docker, .NET core)- Implementation of trading algorithms

Currently, Jabama.ir is one of top hotel booking systems in Iran. The project was an attractive and challenging project with a time based initial release plan. Therefore, we adopt Agile practices such and TDD, strict time boxing, continuous improvement pair programming. We started our company to build a fleet management software which uses driver's mobile phone as a tracking device. The idea matured during development process and marketing and therefore, we changed the application to a human resource management system (Called Semaso) for companies which their employees are usually working out of the company. The solution contains Web API, Web Front-end (management panel), Android app and iOS app. I was responsible for Web API, Data analysis, and Android app. The company was going well, during the first year. We sold our Semaso application to Tourism bank and Peyvast company. And also, we had a software development contract with Management Plaza (mplaza.pm) to develop custom applications such as orgchart365 and etc. The second year of the company was full of financial problems and at last, we sold the company.

Development of a sales and inventory management system (aka FlatWhite) and some minor software was our (a team of 2 to 4 developers) responsibility at SVI using asp.net MVC, C#, SQL Server, SignalR.
