The side park is a large-scale construction project, it is located on the northern side of Tehran. The basis of the project is 55000 (square meters) in 3 blocks of building with complicated concrete and steel structure. As a site engineer and scheduler, I was responsible for delivering below tasks:-Crew supervising.-Prepare detailed cost estimates, including materials, labour, and other expenses.-Develop detailed project schedules outlining all phases of the construction process.-Define project tasks, durations, milestones, and deliverables.-Foster a culture of planning and controls across the project, focusing on best practices, risk management, cost control, and adherence to safety, quality, and environmental (SQE) standards.-identify risks and register them into the risks and opportunities registration.-Managed the procurement of construction materials and equipment.-Communicate schedule updates and changes to stakeholders in a clear and timely manner.-Maintain detailed records of schedule development, updates, and changes.-Assist in the development of project budgets and resource allocation plans.
