Experienced Chairman and NED of companies that are going through change and growth.I was an Investment Banker for over thirty years, most latterly with CSFB, BZW (Barclays) and Morgan Stanley. Started in the Debt Capital markets advising on capital raising and swaps, devising many innovative funding structures, and at one time running the dealing room. I then focussed on the Equity Capital markets helping companies and governments raise many billions. I also ran a Structured Capital markets group aiming to exploit arbitrage opportunities from market inefficiencies, such as the Enhanced Script dividends. Finally, before setting up Eilon & Associates, I was involved in the private equity business, looking at investment opportunities in Western Europe.At E&A previous assignments include advising easyGroup on their successful re-negotiation of the Brand Licence with easyJet; advising Orpak on their IPO on AIM; advising NewLook on the stores acquisition from Littlewoods; and selling Flamingo Holdings to Findlays GroupI now Chair start-up companies.Specialties: capital markets and M&A, derivative structures, equities & debt in both public and private markets, negotiation, company development
