Experienced Chairman and NED of companies that are going through change and growth.I was an Investment Banker for over thirty years, most latterly with CSFB, BZW (Barclays) and Morgan Stanley. Started in the Debt Capital markets advising on capital raising and swaps, devising many innovative funding structures, and at one time running the dealing room. I then focussed on the Equity Capital markets helping companies and governments raise many billions. I also ran a Structured Capital markets group aiming to exploit arbitrage opportunities from market inefficiencies, such as the Enhanced Script dividends.
