Current• Erecting and installing the factory electrical networks, utilities and machinery For both plasticizers and solvents plants under the supervision of MDE SPAIN consultant. • Supervising the contractor and the factory technicians during installation works.• Ensuring the specifications, layout and developing of unspecified power/control circuits.• Developing the as built and final drawings.• Commissioning, testing and start up.• Carry out daily maintenance both scheduled… Show more • Erecting and installing the factory electrical networks, utilities and machinery For both plasticizers and solvents plants under the supervision of MDE SPAIN consultant. • Supervising the contractor and the factory technicians during installation works.• Ensuring the specifications, layout and developing of unspecified power/control circuits.• Developing the as built and final drawings.• Commissioning, testing and start up.• Carry out daily maintenance both scheduled and emergency.• Prevent downtime due to faults.• Designing and implementing needed improvements to systems.• Prepare for and carry out yearly shutdowns control activities.• Analyze problems and recommend solutions and fault detection methods.• Monitor spare parts level and ensure their availability for maintenance.o Electrical works includes:• 11KV M.V RMU/ transformers and L.V switchgear.• Main, distribution boards and cables and power factor correction.• Administrative buildings utilities and sub panel boards.• Fire pumps control (jockey, electric and diesel).• Lighting (indoor, outdoor and Explosion proof luminaires).• Earthing net and Telephone networks.• Control circuits & instrumentation for thermal oil and steam boilers, servomotor for flame control, ignition transformers, electrodes, solenoid / control valves, programming and connecting PID controllers "digital signal and 4-20 mA analog signal" for pressure, temperature and Level control and LFL controller for burner.• Pump stations, Motor Control Centers, speed drives (indoor and Explosion proof Motors in hazard area), AC and DC motors.• Elevator and lifting cranes- power/ control circuits.• Sensors in different systems`: (limit / pressure switches, photo cells, proximity, load Cells and transmitters).
