• Implementation of preventive maintenance program.• Assist on leading mechanical maintenance staff team and putting a development plan to increase their capabilities and following up the administrative work of the department• Participating in achieving the company goals by improving machine performance& achieving best production rate with least breakdowns• Identify the department needs from spare parts and other materials, ensure the availability of all spare parts by making tracking & consumption analysis system for it and coordinating with purchasing department.• Sharing in putting the yearly maintenance plan and key performance indicators (KPI’s) targets.• Conducting and leading the root cause failure analysis meetings with other departments, putting action plan to prevent the failure from happening again.• Ensure all assets maintained and available for production by reviewing & updating schedule of maintenance periodic plans (Preventive & Predictive) and monitoring implementation• Eliminate all chronic losses & ensuring non recurrence of it again by establishing a system for breakdowns recording equipment wise & making a trend analysis for breakdowns tracking.• Attend regular progress meetings and provide daily reports& Prepare and review with manager all mechanical maintenance reports.

• Ensure that all the safety requirements and measurements are followed.• Assess pending maintenance jobs; put the plan for maintenance technicians.• Distribute technical stuff on site as required and plan the work.• Supervise and ensure that the maintenance team is performing by the required standards.• Assess the technicians in troubleshooting whenever necessary.• Resolve any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise.• Enhancing whole factory performance and increasing all production lines and all utilities equipment reliability by studying, preparing and executing the equipment modifications to increase its performance and improving its condition.• Prepare and supervise the installation of the new production lines
