- Establish and operate the contract department with developed tools for contract administration compliant with proven methodologies and best practices.- Standardize forms of Subcontracts.- Examination of tender/contract documentation; monitoring and reporting on the project´s commercial risks.- Review, preparation, negotiation and conclusion of all kind of contracts (JV, Deed, MOUs, LOIs, etc.).- Ensuring the maintenance of contractual records and documentation (all contract correspondence, contractual changes, status reports....).- Validate the contractual basis of claims. Foresee the probability of challenges and prepare for.- Claims preparation and managing disputes in accordance with the contract provisions.- Perform a comprehensive claim analysis using different methodologies of delay analysis to fit the subject case and determining the EOT entitlement based on the delay, disruption or loss of efficiency in compliance to the delay and disruption codes of practice.- Ensuring the variation orders are correctly managed and negotiated, in order to maximize returns.- Ensuring contractual aspects of contract close-out, extension or renewal are properly implemented.- Managing legal cases.

• Develop project WBS, base line schedule, and resource plan.• Develop project budget and cash plan.• Develop control procedure, progress measurement system a S-Curves. • Issue project periodical reports and invoices.• Review and approve subcontractors invoice.• Report project status, progress, trend, forecast, variance and earned value.• Update and forecast project schedules, budget and cash plan.

• Issue semiannual master production schedule, monthly plan and weekly machine loading schedule.• Define inventory stock level and order point. • Issue project material requirement plan (MRP) and delivery schedule.• Issue specific product rout card, process sheet and NC files.• Monitor and report projects status and production performance.• Develop cost estimation / control process and inventory management system.
