In my role as the Director of Business Finance I was responsible for aligning company metrics and KPIs. I established a Single Source of Truth (SSOT) and ensured data visibility and alignment across the organization, particularly within Customer Success and Sales. - Managing key areas of month-end closing process, including preparation and review of annual financials and flux analysis (balance sheet and income statement).- Overseeing consolidations process, inter-company and transfer pricing activities, and review of consolidated financial statements.- Tracking company’s cash flow and cash transactions, including monthly bank reconciliations and budget/forecast analysis.- Developing and maintaining annual budget and monthly forecasts.- Responsible on accounts receivables process, including sales order review, invoices approval, collections tracking and revenue recognition in accordance with US-GAAP (ASC 606).

- Analyzing multi - component transactions from contract preparation to revenue recognition, both under ASC 605 and ASC 606 (US-GAAP).- Managing income cash flow, performance vs. budget and forecasting reports.- Complex analysis of P&L and B.S reports, alongside with quarterly presentation to senior management.- Assimilation of a new system (Zoura Revpro) for the Company’s revenues management & recognition processes in accordance with new and existing accounting standards, including quantification of financial implications, conversion & amelioration of data.
