Administration & Logistics Controller 2010 - 2017 Assembly Plant is a joint venture between Volvo Trucks (25%) and Zahid Tractor (75%) for the assembly of Volvo Trucks. The first truck rolled out in 1999 in the new purpose built Volvo assembly facility. The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia experienced tremendous growth, and thus each year, the capacity of the assembly plant has been upgraded, such that 2727 units assembled during 2013. The market growth continued, and as one of the major ways forward, a decision was made building a new factory in King Abdullah Economic City. The new facility has a technical capacity to build 4000 (Volvo and Renault) in one shift and up to 7000 units in two shifts. Following are the main responsibilities / KPI’s  I was the first line of communication between “Executives” and the outside world, potentially speaking with clients, other employees and upper management.  To perform any other related tasks as assigned by General Manager or any seniors, time to time and setting the Executives daily schedule.  Scheduling management meeting as well as to send meeting invitations.  Making travel arrangement for Executives.  Continues Improvement data collection, report preparation and present it to the management  All factory KPI’s data collection on weekly basis and present it in the operation meeting.  Preparation and distribution of all meeting minutes such as Quality, Safety and Operation meetings.  To update HR sheet according to new hiring information or resigned employees.  To make accidents reports (NC's) while any accidents happen with in company – and report to management with root cause and solution.  Responsible for HR sheet to analysis the current manpower and Saudization %age.  Administration issues concerning company cars, hotel bookings, Exit Entry visas etc.  Update / upload all AVI KPI’s, minutes of meeting, HR sheet, multi skill chart on AVI Team Place. etc......
